Ok maybe I am obsessing, but I am seriously a fashion junkie and have so much fun choosing something for someone to wear, but when it comes to me, Decisions, Decisions, Decisions. Tsk, Tsk, Tsk.

Do I want Vintage, Modern, Retro, White, Off White, Champayne, Silk, Lace, Organza, Mermaid, A-Line, V-Neck, Halter, Sleeves, Sleeveless, Long, Train, Cocktail, Accents, No Accents, The possibilities are so endless.....

So back to shoes, I think I will show up ONLY in shoes!!!!!!!!!!!

What to expect?

Most girls tend to dream about the day that they can dress up as a princess bride and walk down the aisle to meet Prince Charming waiting at the end of the aisle to sweep you off your feet so that they can both live happily ever after.

This may not be so far fetched for some girls, but for the rest of us the reality sets in when you realize the planning that is involved in putting that dream day together. Although each of us approach the planning from a different perspective and try to learn from previous mistakes made by others, trust me, when it all comes down to the 'nitty gritty' it all translates into the same darn thing, STRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What keeps me grounded is the joy of picking out the things to wear. For some reason, I always tend to revert back to picking the shoes. I am thinking that splurging on shoes for the affair would be the ultimate stress reliever. Welcome Back

The last time I updated sizehealthy.blogspot.com, it was on December 3, 2009. Today is now November 30, 2010, almost a year after. Its time!

Before I start blogging again, I want to take this time to wish my sister a Happy Birthday. May her soul rest in peace forever!! Love you Denise.

Now that the most important part of tonight's session is over, let the games begin!!

I want to talk about what happened from last year December 2009 till now. In a nutshell, I hooked up, moved in, graduated again, got a new job, got engaged and is now planning the wedding. Whew! I was a busy girl.

I am so willing to receive any information and advice that other married couples can give. Although the wedding is a couple of months away, I am already overwhelmed with the unlimited choices of everything.

Since I am an avid lover of shoes, lets start with that. My choices so far are below. I know I will eventually have to get a dress and a place to actually get married, but what can I say??!!! I love shoes!!!!

The Isle of my birth!!!

Recently I had a chance to take a look at the Island of my birth, Montserrat. Although recently devastated by the volcanoes, Montserrat still has allot to offer in terms of scenery, peace, tranquility, the lush green beautiful trees, the tasty fruits and vegetables, the friendly people and of course the food.

Because most of the population migrated, the general consensus is that there is no one left back. Yes! there are significantly less people on the island than what was there before, but the island is one of the BIGGEST secrets out of all the Caribbean islands. It has not been influenced by any group but its own.

The fact that it has remained authentic throughout the years says allot about the people, the place, the experience the island, the land of my birth!

Project Runway

Everyone, Its that time of the year again when the premier of Project Runway is about to premiere. This season promises to feature 16 new designers, with more sas, more talent, and more drama. Season 6 will be a special one for me as it will feature a designer that I have had the pleasure of working with (See Picture). Qristyl Frazier of Qristyl Frazier Designs will be one of the 16 new designers featured this season. To see some of her work, click on the link below.
